Management marketing part of the villas for rent, sale by the company on behalf of the owners
Payment of all expenses necessary for the maintenance, rental of the properties on behalf of the owners with monthly reports of expenses, taxes and final earnings (PnL)
Direct management of the clients who rent the properties with a team of villa Managers, Supervisors of all the various management sections all under a single supervision of the Managing Director: Mr. Pritoni Davide who has more than 26 years of experience in the Food and Hotel industry.
